As a new employee with us, you will receive a solid introduction, including professional development and, if necessary, basic training in the methods the team uses.
As the team grows and is in a development phase, we are looking for another Team Leader who wants to help shape our operations and actively contribute to developing and testing new working methods together with us in the Family Team 13-21!
Your tasks
As a Team Leader with us, you will have a meaningful and exciting role in working with young people and their families where you can truly make a difference together with our team.
The target group is young people aged 13-21 and their families who need support in various areas such as risk/addiction, school/employment, mental health issues, and norm-breaking behavior. Working with us means meeting families in situations where the goal is to avoid placement or create good conditions for returning home after placement.
As a team leader, you have a supervisory function, which means that you lead, distribute cases, and guide your colleagues in various ways and make decisions at the operational level. Your leadership occurs in close dialogue with the unit manager, who has overall responsibility for the operations.
Together with your team leader colleague and manager, you are tasked with conducting and developing the operations so that the interventions we offer match the individual's needs, are of good quality, and align with our goals.
Who are you?
We are looking for someone who is a social worker or has another qualification that the employer assesses as equivalent. You have experience in social work and are happy to bring previous leadership experience or management into the role.
As a person, you are secure, stable, and have good self-awareness, distinguishing between personal and professional matters. You value relationships and skillfully create trust through clear communication, attentiveness, and professional interaction. Furthermore, you thrive in teamwork where you actively contribute to group processes and a good work environment.
In your working style, you are both strategic and hands-on. You plan, structure, and prioritize effectively even when the pace is high. Your ability to remain calm in pressured situations makes you a stable point for both colleagues and those we serve, focusing on the mission.
At the same time, as a Team Leader, you have a natural ability to build team spirit and create conditions for the team to succeed together. Motivating, supporting, and facilitating collaboration among colleagues is an obvious part of your leadership.
Since communication is central to the role, we see that you communicate well in Swedish, both orally and in writing.
In the event of a potential employment, you will need to provide a criminal record extract. A driver's license (B) is a requirement.
